Thousands of people gathered in Boston Common to hear Cindy Sheehan, Howard Zinn and others rally against the war. The crowd then assembled and marched through downtown past the statehouse, saluted Sam Adams at Quincy Market, crossed over the Massacre site, through Downtown Crossing, then back to the Common.

Is this is a joke?
03 Apr 2007
Are these pictures supposed to be making fun of the protestors? They make it look like everyone is a fringe crazy person, or America hating leftist. Come on, we can do better than this.
jokes on you!

...is this comment supposed to be a joke? "We" who? What pray tell is a "fringe crazy person"? Aren't those the ones in the White House & State Dept.? "America hating (sic) leftist": sounds exactly like the banal rhetoric of the "fringe crazy persons" in positions of power who carried out this arab-hating rightist invasion & occupation. C'mon we can keep doin' this 'til their defeated. No dress code required. [And IMC can do better by getting the quick comment function up & running again, after so many months. What's happened to this site anyway, it's going to seed]
