Students for Justice in Palestine Rally at BU |

Students for Justice in Palestine held a rally to raise awareness of the Israeli occupation of Palestine yesterday at Boston University's Marsh Plaza. |
|
SJP members and friends held a symbolic apartheid wall, made f styrofoam, in front of the Marsh Chapel for two hours. Banners and signs were displayed, and hundreds of flyers were distributed to passersby. The rally was the culmination of Israeli Apartheid Week.
Police presence consisted of officers from the Boston police department and the BU police. Local zionists held a separate rally to support Israel. There were no altercations.
