Boston, Mass.-Feb. 28, 2015:
There was a large rally today on Boston Common
at Park St. to save the Cape Wind project,
to build a wind farm with windmill powered turbines off the
Mass. coast. It was organized by www.betterfutureproject.org
as well as many other environmental and renewable energy organizations.
Wind power can provide safe, clean, renewable energy instead of reliance on fossil fuels such as oil and gas which pollute our environment and contribute to global climate change; and also have created the US
wars for oil in Iraq and Afghanistan which is of major concern for world peace.
There was live music, street theater, and informed speakers- an interesting note is that the sound system for the rally was powered by people pedaling a turbine and a solar panel, which is featured
in the video here(links below).

Re: Photos/Video-Rally To Save Cape Wind And Renewable Energy-Boston

Couldn’t be proud more about the new generation Y of social activists and the community, which actually realizes what has value. We know how Millenials are open for changes in energy consumption, environmentalist movements and creation of alternative principles of survival on the planet. This rate shows how we actually care about what’s happening and how we are ready to contribute, not only to talk about it: we are ready to change our habits and turn them ‘green’ (read more on http://politic365.com/2014/07/28/future-of-electric-utilities-may-be-cha/ to get detailed answers), save resources and promote alternative sources of energy ( read more on http://smallquickloans.org/save-money-and-enviroment.html to get detailed answers), bring up new generation with a deep realization of actual values and commitment to the planet which is the only home we have home.
