Boston Police Mount Operation to Confiscate Sink
Hours after lawyers for the city of Boston argued in court that the Occupy Boston camp should be shut down because of unsanitary and unsafe conditions, Boston police intercepted and confiscated a sink which was to have been used to make the camp more sanitary.

Videos From Police Attack on Occupy Boston
Boston police raided the Occupy Boston camp early Monday morning, evicting protesters from a second park where they had expanded to make more room.

Reports of police brutality were widespread. One protesters was hit in the throat, and another had his wrist sliced open by a policeman attempting to remove his plastic handcuffs. There were numerous reports of macings and cuffs being too tight.

Occupy Boston Struggles to Achieve Democracy

On the infrastructure front, an organized miniature city has emerged to feed, house and provide medical care for campers and visitors alike. Donations of food, equipment and supplies have been pouring in daily. The volume of corporate media coverage has been impressive, and the tone generally less hostile and dismissive than is usual for protest coverage.
