 Bank of America decided not to evict Aloysius Nwankwo and his family from their Dorchester home today. In the face of public pressure from City Life/Vida Urbana, Victor Manougian,, a lawyer representing BoA, sent an email to CLVU organizers that said only "Move is canceled". |

We who have been making Corvid College happen, since Eric’s departure in
September, are announcing our departure from Corvid. We have been running
hoedowns, classes, and bringing in new teachers, students and collective
members. Our efforts have been fruitful, but we believe the community
will benefit most from a new organization, if mostly new by name. We have
realized that we wish to fly under a different free school banner. |
