Everybody knows that U.S. soldiers in Iraq are a wacky, reckless crew, always looking for a good laugh and some visual titillation. Much like the purveyors of "Bumfights" and "Jackass" and other X-treme media, these clever young people have hit upon a wonderful revenue generating device: selling photos of dead Iraqis (which they themselves may have murdered) to online porn sites in exchange for slightly more wholesome fare, hard-core porn. As this brief article from Russia's Pravda relates, the fact that this may have violated all sorts of international laws troubled them not. They were handed lemons and decided to make lemonade, the lovable scamps.
So why is everybody always getting on their case?
We can no longer afford to limit our protests to what Good Americans are allowed these days by law. We must make this country ungovernable until the war is stopped.
