25 Mar 2005
Modified: 10:40:35 AM
Anyone who witnessed the arrests or the events leading to the arrests on Sunday should call Ursula @ the National Lawyers Guild: 617-227-7335, as soon as possible, if they would like to testify. Even if you did not witness the precipitating factors, your testimony may still be helpful. The police claim three of the people resisted arrest, which Massachusetts defines as endangering the life or well-being of a Police Officer.
The more witnesses the better, whatever your viewpoint.
The trials of Mike Long and Jamie Phillips are likely to be held in June or July, when many of the students who were at the rally may not be around.
