Harlan Ullman's "Shock & Awe" concept of warfare against a small Third World Nation was impl;imented in Baghdad March 21. Rather than being "shocked and awed" Iraqis seem to have been angered and given new determination to resist the Anglo-American onslaught to the bitter end.
