This web page is good for exposing the true magnitude of the U.S. drug war. Reproduce any or all of it freely. Or just pass on the page description and link. The MAJORITY of the 2 million U.S. prisoners are incarcerated due to the drug war! The Drug-War Industrial Complex. The U.S. drug-war inmate MAJORITY is calculated by adding together prisoners who had committed drug crimes, drug-related crimes (such as robbing to get money for drugs that are expensive because of the drug war), drug trade crimes, drug-related parole violations, etc.. The USA has 5% of the world's population and 25% of the world's 8 MILLION prisoners! |

Modified: 15 Nov 2001 |

This is an email from a very well respected friend who is a highly intelligent, articulate person who was there all weekend at the ISO/Berkely Anti-War conference. She said it was evident that the ISO played a complete control role in all of this, and it made people go nuts when they figured out how they were being lied to. |

President George W. Bush rides in the front of his pickup truck at his ranch in Crawford, Texas, November 14, 2001. In a break from Southern tradition, his dog was not made to remain in the bed of the pickup and is seen here proudly smiling at the photographer while seated next to his new master. |

U.S. Concentration Camps: Operation Garden Plot |
by Big Brother (No verified email address) |
14 Nov 2001
|
|
Operation Garden Plot is the Army's code name for military plans to put down civil disturbances. It was most recently activated during the 1992 riots in Los Angeles, the 1999 WTO meetings in Seattle, the 2000 Philadelphia Republican National Convention, and the 2000 Democratic National Convention in L.A. Well over 100 concentration camps have been designated and are maintained for use under Operation Garden Plot. With the sweeping new police powers ushered in since 9-11, and the possible more to repeal or amend the Posse Comitatus act, the Federal Government is now taking aim at dissent at home rather than terrorism abroad. |

Those activists attending the weekly peace vigils in Copley Square may have seen something a little unusual in the past few weeks. Across the street from the main vigil, near the Boston Public Library, a group of Buddhists have been meditating for peace, sitting in the cold on the sidewalk in silence, holding up a banner reading “Sitting for Peace”. |

If You Understand Policy-Makers' Mind-set, You Can Better Do Mass Jiu-Jitsu |

Here are two extremely crucial links, in my estimation, to understanding the *bigoted* mind-set of policy-makers (and those who own society). Both come from the trenchant institutional analysis of Noam Chomsky, in his book _NECESSARY ILLUSIONS: Thought Control In Democratic Societies_ which is available online in full! |
