New Zealand has been taken over by a 'bicultural' bureaucratic elite, largely by virtue of birth, under the Treaty of Waitangi and manipulating human rights in their favor. The human rights omissions kill people and leave many with lives barely worth living. They have an anti-human rights philosophy, 'discriminatory collectivism' – the collective is everything while the individual is ‘nothing’ or a mere ‘number’ - which aims to destroy any ‘bottom-up’ challenge. This is done by social class discrimination aiming to crush individual and collective potential and those discontented who might support any challenging leadership – those at the bottom, even the children. Yet human rights regards the individual as a person (and spiritually, I believe, God regards the individual has having a 'name'). But there is some hope.

The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) denounced the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) for covering up the Armed Forces of the Philippines' (AFP) responsibility for the abduction and torture in 2009 of Fil-Am activist Melissa Roxas and her two companions, and implying that the crime was carried out by the New People's Army (NPA). The CPP flatly dismissed claims by the military and the CHR that the NPA is responsible for their illegal arrest and torture.
