More Bank Fraud in Brazil & Argentina? (english)
22 Jan 2003
Is Lula a Trojan Horse for the Federal Reserve Bank and World Bank Group to centralize control over South America and neutralize the Bolivarian revolution?
Plan Columbia stinks. But it's just a component of the World Bank Group's strategy of control.

A "South American Union" could be beneficial if its currency is issued honestly, which the Euro is not. (The EU's real trade debt is not as bad as the US trade debt, but both sides of the Atlantic are effectively controlled by the same transnationl corporations, private banks and offshore holding companies.)

LETS and HOURS are more honest monetary systems, but insufficient.
TEA dollars are probably most appropriate:

The European Central Bank, the Federal Reserve Bank, the Bank of England, the World Bank and most banks in the world issue fiat-debt "money" out of nothing.

That's just an old financial fraud, called fractional-reserve banking and charging interest on "debt", refined over the last two centuries by the Rothschild Group, which effectively controls all of the above-mentioned central banks.

If I recall correctly, Lula was "elected" in Brazil with vote tabulation devices controlled by transnational corporations - just as most politicians are "elected" in the USA:

Furthermore, Lula promised to repay loans to the World Bank Group (IMF/UN) - although it's the Rockefeller-Rothschild's central banks that should be repaying Brazil and the rest of the world for stealing real wealth with their fraudulant "money" and "our" government's terrorism.

Subject: Lindsay in Argentina: The Specter of Menem

January 20, 2003
Please Distribute Widely

Dear Colleagues,

Narco News School of Authentic Journalism scholarship recipient Reed
Lindsay reports from Buenos Aires, Argentina, on last week's historic
press conference between Brazilian President Lula da Silva and
Argentine President Eduardo Duhalde.

There, Duhalde offered a ringing endorsement Lula's proposal for a
common currency between the two countries, which observers note would
be the first step in the formation of a European-style "South
American Union."

The scenario of a Latin American "axis of good," with profound
consequences for Plan Colombia and regional drug policy, took one
step closer.

But there is a specter hanging over this process in Argentina,
reports Reed Lindsay; the specter of Carlos Menem, the former
president known for forging "carnal relations" with Washington and
obedient of foreign impositions on national policy.

Menem is back in the presidential race, despite the economic collapse
caused by his policies that followed the dictates of the
International Monetary Fund and other foreign interests, and despite
the many protests that have rocked Argentina since December 2001's
collapse.

Lindsay looks ahead to the April 27th elections in Argentina,
introduces us to the candidates, and describes the campaign and its
possible scenarios:

Subject: Feder: Mexico Legalization Movement Goes Mainstream

January 21, 2003
Please Distribute Widely

Dear Colleagues,

In a political phenomenon unique to North America, members of each of
Mexico's political parties, large and small, have sensed an electoral
constituency behind the legalization of drugs, and are addressing the
issue favorably in their platforms and public statements.

At the root is a bonafide grassroots legalization movement in Mexico
that, bypassing the commercial media in its initial organizing
efforts, has now captured the attention of that same media and much
of the nation's youth.

Narco News Associate Publisher Dan Feder, reporting from Mexico City,
interviews the movers and shakers of this surprise political force
and brings you their efforts in their own words. He also traces, step
by step, how the issue of drug legalization came out of the closet
suddenly over three short years in this nation of 100 million people:
