Why only some smudged? (english)
30 Mar 2003
I noticed that only certain of the photos posted by Rathional Anarchims's DeVoy were smudged. What about protecting the rest of the unsuspecting war protesters against "ID at a distance"?
I explained why certain photos were smudged. (english)
30 Mar 2003
As far as I can tell, I am the only one who has done this for any protesters. Consequently, I ask you, why do you not add your message at the end of every upload where photos of protesters are shown? Of course, both you and I know why.

For those curious about why someone who add such a comment to my post, please check out information on the COINTELPRO operation directed against me and my websites:

http://www.breakyourchains.org/the_operation.htm

As for why certain faces are smudged, read my comment at the top of the pictures post. Apparently, brownshirts cannot read.

Slap a bitch for peace (english)

Two signs from Saturday's 'Peace' march: "This is what a Feminist looks like" and "Bush needs a bitch slap." What's wrong with this picture?

Photos courtesy of our local phoney anachists who seemed more interested in taking photos of hot anti-war chicks then fighting the power.

One more thing: Why do you think the gestapo , blackshirt cops were more racially and sexually diverse then the mostly white well-to-do marchers?

Question the authority of your culture.

Thanks for identifying yourself as an infiltrator. The anarchists are not "phoney." How do you determine whether an anarchist is real or not? Why did the police harass the anarchists if they are phoney? Also, why do your remarks show more loyalty to the police than the protesters. Finally, why do you use the term "hot chicks." This is a sexist term. Women are the most important part of this movement, in my opinion. The media and the Free Republic has done everything it can to portray women of the movement in a negative light. Why does showing actual, representative women at the protest constitute showing "hot chicks?" Do you imply, as well, that all photos of males are an attempt to stimulate heterosexual women? Your analysis is garbage - straight from the COINTELPRO handbook - divide and turn members of the movement against each other. I for one will continue to publish whatever photos I choose. If you don't like it, you can go on whining and making a fool of yourself. Unlike you, I use my actual name.
Thin skin (english)

"Thanks for identifying yourself as an infiltrator. "

If by that you mean a person not in thrall to your ideology, youíre welcome.

"The anarchists are not "phoney." How do you determine whether an anarchist is real or not? "

They seemed pretty phoney to me. Donít I get to have an opinion?

"Why did the police harass the anarchists if they are phoney? "

You should ask them. Maybe they were phoney police.

"Also, why do your remarks show more loyalty to the police than the protesters. "

Loyalty? So, if a person is not loyal to you, they are by default, loyal to your enemies? That reminds me of someone.

"Finally, why do you use the term "hot chicks." This is a sexist term."

Yes and I use it ironically in parody of your apparent sexism. Notice how many of your photos feature at their point of focus, a young woman from the waist up. (You say finally, but on we go)

"Women are the most important part of this movement, in my opinion. "

Yes, I can see that.

"The media and the Free Republic has done everything it can to portray women of the movement in a negative light. "

Everything it can! Wow. Hyperbole is very persuasive.

"Why does showing actual, representative women at the protest constitute showing "hot chicks?" "

Like I say, after viewing your photos, itís my opinion that they are inordinately centered on the chests of young women. Perhaps itís a subliminal thing. It doesnít make you a bad person.

"Do you imply, as well, that all photos of males are an attempt to stimulate heterosexual women? "

No. I donít imply that all of any one thing is an attempt at any other thing. Iím just pointing out what seems obvious to me.

"Your analysis is garbage - straight from the COINTELPRO handbook - divide and turn members of the movement against each other. "

What do those dashes mean? Is my analysis garbarge because itís straight from cointelpro, and is divisive, or is my analysis garbage in itself, and it happens to do those things also.

Pa-lese. I donít even know what cointelpro is. And if you see a motive in my having an opinion, and my opinion is so threatening to you, well maybe you should shore up your ideology so that it isnít so fragile. Worry more about what I say, then imagining why I say it.

"I for one will continue to publish whatever photos I choose. If you don't like it, you can go on whining and making a fool of yourself. "

Of course you will. I hope you do. I wish you good luck, and hope you will continue to welcome my opinion.

"Unlike you, I use my actual name."

How do you know what my name is? Actually youíre right. Iím metaphorically wearing a mask. You know how that goes.
Help, I'm being oppressed! (english)
31 Mar 2003
"No, not "thin skin." It's more like, "been there, done that." As a person who has endured more than one year of constant and ceaseless harassment by COINTELPRO assholes like you, I know COINTELPRO when I see it. For example, this is COINTELPRO: "

Easy, Sparky. Hey, all I did was post an opinion to a public space. The basis for my opinion is supplied above. People can judge me right or wrong on the evidence. Do you call having to defend your position harassment? Hell, you donít even have to defend your position. If Iím so wrong, just point to the photos.

"As a person who was removed from his work because of his political writings, I believe I know what I am talking about. You assert that you have knowledge of my political ideology. If you do, it is because you visit my websites. If you visit my websites, you know that there is such an operation against me as it is published on my websites. "

I could care less about your websites or personal problems. All I care about is the four corners of this page. Defend your position or whine about extraterrestrials or conspiracies . Your choice. Whatever you choose to do will reflect on your position.

"All of these appear on the front page of Stop Fascism at this moment. Do you believe that I should exclude photographs of women just because they happen to be attractive? Are you not the one focusing on those pictures that you find attractive while ignoring the rest? "

I do think some of the women are attractive, and Iím not ashamed to focus on them. You, on the other hand, doth protest too much.

"Now, if you look at the posts in the linked capture of an IndyMedia article, you will see the use of the moniker:"KOBE"

"Besides being the organization stalking me online, who is kobe? Well, here's their website: "

"
Now, an earlier post on Boston IndyMedia followed an anonymous post of mine stating that my IP address had been identified. It was signed "KOBE."

"How do you explain that? "

I have no idea. Since I'm not interested in following your links, this looks like gibberish to me. Am I supposed to be this kobe, an interplanetary overlord that is stalking the great photographer of earthling anarchist babes? Do you know how ridiculous this all sounds? All I did was give you a little sarcastic zing. Get over it.

When I disagree with you it isn't oppression. It's disagreement.

"For those following this, watch it closely. This is what COINTELPRO looks like. Learn to identify it."

And adjust your aluminum foil helmet accordingly.
Izit safe? (english)

"Keep it coming. I'm better at this than you are. Even your linguistic
choices give you away."

Let's see. I use language to subtly mock your position and you use language to call me an asshole. Your linguistic choices give YOU away as aggressive, frustrated and tantrum prone.

"Not many people on the left use the "foil hat" metaphor. However, let's see what happens when I do a Google search on "foil hat" and "Free Republic," shall we? "

Who said anything about the left? Or the right for that matter? You continue to be obsessed with my credentials. I can be anything you want me to be. But the substance of my posts won't go away. And you don't seem prepared to deal with that substance.

By the way, the falsely quoted "the "foil hat" metaphor" isn't exactly a metaphor. It is a characteristic. And since you bring it up, what metaphor DO people on the left use?

"Finally, I ask you, where did your discussion of "extraterrestrials" come from? "

You say "Finally" but, you know, it never is. But since you so nicely ask, people who, in my opinion, are big believers in space aliens and paranoids who are obsessed with conspiracy theories share certain characteristics, including the use of tinfoil helmets.

"Since there has been no mention of extraterrestrials in my post, I can only conclude that you wish to connect my documented facts to "tin foil" hats and extraterrestrials. I ask you, who would be interested in doing that? "

Hmmm, well, the guy you called an asshole might be sufficiantly motivated.

"For those reading this who are unware of the depth of this operation, I'd like to point out that I used to work on various projects with John Poindexter. I met him twice in person. I was the first person to blow the cover on the true intent behind the Information Awareness Office. I also own and operate the John Poindexter Awareness Office:"

Wow. Your credentials are impressive. But your arguments still stink.

"Just because this is IndyMedia, doesn't mean that it is not being targeted by COINTELPRO operatives such as "Chuck Wagon.""

OK, you're right. But actually it's much bigger then that. I am an operative for a super secret government agency. We call ourselves "The Division."

Your photos of well endowed misguided young women has put our plot for world domination at risk. We have decided that this cannot be allowed to happen, and as a result we are bringing to bear all of our mighty power in an effort to mock you by posting sarcastic criticisms to your article.
RE: Up Chuck Wagon (english)
01 Apr 2003
Reading your meandering and schizophrenic post, I thought for sure you'd end in a lie, but to my surprise, you ended with a truthful confession. See, I told you that I'm better at this than you are. Here's your truthful statement:

"Your photos of well endowed misguided young women has put our plot for world domination at risk. We have decided that this cannot be allowed to happen, and as a result we are bringing to bear all of our mighty power in an effort to mock you by posting sarcastic criticisms to your article."

Now, none of the photos I took and none of the photos I posted were intended to arrose your sexist and purient interests. That they did demonstrates that you are the pervert. You are just like Ashcroft, so intimidated by a statue's breast, that you demand it be covered up, even if the breast belongs to lady liberty. Do you have some problem with the female form? Do breasts intimidate you or something? Should female protesters leave their breasts at home?

The Free Republic has been posting pictures of whatever female protesters they think will create a single image (useful to FReepers) of the movement. The movement contains all kinds of people, all kinds of women, and all kinds of men. My bet is that your devotion to the Free Republic has conditioned you to expect certain stereotypes at demonstrations. I did my best to take photos that I believe represent the entire movement. When I came across the woman with the shirt "this is what a feminist looks like," I thought to myself, "gee, she must feel that feminists are stereotyped and wishes to demonstrate their diversity." I responded to this by helping her get her message out to more people. I asked her if I could take her picture and put it on the Internet. She was happy to do so. I was happy to assist her in bringing reality to the world, rather than corporate media BS. You, however, look at the photos and don't see the words on her shirt. Instead you think, "breasts!" That's your problem, not mine.

I spent many hours processing those photos and uploading those photos. I gave them to the world as my little contribution to the movement. As they don't conform to what you want the movement to look like, you decided to spew upon IndyMedia, accuse anarchists of being phonies, accuse me of being some kind of government agent, and rattle on endlessly about tin foil hats and extra-terrestrials.

I think Mass General hospital takes patients on an emergency basis. May I suggest that you walk in and ask for help?
An eye for beauty (english)

I will emerge from my secret lair for one more post. Then itís on to conquering the world.

As to your question as to whether I have a problem with womenís breasts? No I donít. Actually I encourage protests to include as many as possible. They are a beautiful part of the world, and I would oppose any Aschcroftian attempt to suppress their public display.

And, I would hope you would continue your practice (consciously or not) to focus on those women who unabashedly display them in your photography (and selfless processing and posting.) for the rest of us

There is nothing wrong in my view with the photo of the woman with the feminist shirt. What I was commenting on was the juxtaposition of that photo with the ďbitch slapĒ photo.

Do you know what Ďbitch slapí means? It began as a male bonding term that used the communicated image of physically striking a woman to maintain a dominant male / female relationship as a male status badge. Used in the context of the anti-bush sign it translates: ďBush needs to be slapped as if he were a Ďbitch,í ie a female with an assertive attitude that must be suppressed.Ē In short, itís a violent sexist term. A funny thing to see at a peace march with a feminism sub theme. Also funny that you post it uncritically on the same page as the feminist.

Maybe you (or the sign holder) believe that itís OK to be sexist as long as you are sexist for the right political reasons. Do you think the woman with the feminist shirt thinks that?

Hence the assertion of cognitive dissonance.

The icing on the cake was the pin up photos. Taken all together it paints a picture of a person (you) who at best is unserious or un-self critical. You also attacked the cops, but never acknowledged the diversity in their ranks in contrast to the mostly white upper class protesters who you give a pass to.

(I noticed that even in the cop photos you posted on IM, you focused on the woman officer much more than the men. If nothing, you're consistent.)

Instead of addressing these criticisms, you fall back on conspiracy theories, offering your status as a victim as your primary argument.

You are right about one thing. One of us is crazy. I'll leave it to the three readers to judge which of us it is.

Thatís it. Iím done. You are SO much better then me at this anyway.
