Police Brutality at A.N.S.W.E.R.?s Permitted Anti-war Demonstration

The PCJ is representing Marc Frucht, and anticipates bringing litigation on behalf of a number of persons who were beaten or injured by the MPD. The MPD was caught on video, which aired on NBC affiliate station Channel 4, repeatedly clubbing Mr. Frucht in the head as he lay passive on the ground, having been thrown there by the MPD when he was taking photographs of police misconduct. The police carried out multiple unprovoked assaults against the marchers, clubbing, punching and using their motorcycles and bicycles as weapons.
