Nigerian human rights activist speaks out

19minute interview conducted Nov. 10 2000 in Cambridge, MA with Sowore Omoyele (29). Omoyele has been a leader of the Nigerian pro-democracy movement since 1989. He organized many student protests against military dictatorships despite being detained and tortured by the police several times.
