yet another posting with no link for further information. why in the world would you encourage people to steal a copy of a newspaper to find out about this? it is certainly not going to harm the guy who submitted this bill, and you will be taking money out of the herald which will allow them to point to their losses the next time they have to go for a contract re-negoiation with their unions.
