I CAME ACROSS A SHOCKING STORY ABOUT WBCN IN BOSTON; IS THIS HOW WE WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW US?
While looking on the internet for news about people protesting today's execution, Dec. 30, 2006, of Saddam Hussein, I came across a shocking story about WBCN in Boston.
Apparently, on Dec. 16, 2006, employees of WBCN in Boston provided homeless persons with alcohol and ridiculed then on air, and other atrocities I will not repeat.
Just search http://boston.indymedia.org
I am sincerely hoping that since then,
the good citizens of Boston
have contacted attorneys who practice state and federal law
and have filed charges against WBCN in criminal and federal court.
Homeless persons are under duress in winter because they may die of cold.
All material aired on WBCN is subject to federal copyright laws.
If a person is homeless in winter they are "under duress".
must be obtained to air someone,
unless they are totally on public property,
and in this case they were clearly not on public property
(remember, shopping malls are private property, usually owned by big pocket corporations).
If you take pictures, video, t.v. taping or sound recording of a person "under duress" on private property,
then a copyright attorney can file a personal injury lawsuit in federal court and file for copyright infringement for voidable permission obtained under duress for the copyright,
essentially for criminal copyright contract fraud.
If even one of the homeless persons was disabled mentally, physically or emotionally,
which is often the case with homeless persons who may be homeless because the person may be a battered wife who ran from an abusive husband, or a minor who ran from incest, or an Iraq or Vietnam war soldier with post-traumatic stress disorder, or a mentally disabled person who has learning disabilites- all of these people would fall under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act,
and to cause them embarrassment and shame and to demean them and humiliate them in public over the airwaves,
to cause a disabled person or a homeless person under duress to suffer name calling which is bullying,
should be an actionable crime in federal court.
I pray that someone will contact attorneys with state and federal legal experience and take legal action in civil and criminal court against WBCN.
The United States of America is suffering loss of reputation world wide today because so many people in the world are "grossed out" and sickened by the hanging of Saddam Hussein.
The United States of America and all of our people should be ashamed of the actions of WBCN which, the complaint against WBCN being on the internet, allows the people of the world to know just how low some Americans go.

"BCN" likes attacking defenseless people. I can remember them attacking Rick James, when he died.
I figure that anyone who listens to that assinine radio station, has head problems. Doesn't know right from wrong. And apparently, doesn't care about anyone except themselves.
Drinking and drugs are the same. A crutch for the problems of the mind. (Sometimes physical.) A sickness. Which the Republican Governors, of Massachusetts tried to ignore. (Cutting programs and putting mentally ill people on the street.)
WBCN and its owner? Are true scumbags. Sue me! Get NOTHING! (I'll file for bankruptcy in a heartbeat!)
