On Saturday, Jan. 27th, people from every corner of the country will march on Washington, D.C. Our message will be clear, our voice will be strong: End the war in Iraq. Bring all the troops home now! We urge you to join us!

See the United for Peace & Justice website for more information:
www.unitedforpeace.org (http://www.unitedforpeace.org/)

Momentum is building for this politically urgent demonstration. We have received more than 500 endorsements from various groups across the country. If you're against this war, here's a way to vote with your feet. Send the Democratically-controlled Congress a clear message. Bring our soldiers home now!

We will be gathering at 11:00 am near the east end of the National Mall, the end closest to the Capitol. We plan to march around the Capitol.

For transportation, see the ride board. (http://www.unitedforpeace.org/ride.php) Buses and vans are being organized from across the country.

For offers of housing or a list of cheap accommodations, see the housing board. (http://www.unitedforpeace.org/housing.php)

Help spread the word! See the UFPJ web site for for flyers, web buttons, videos, and more. (http://www.unitedforpeace.org/article.php?id=3437)

If you've never participated in a demonstration before, this is a good time to start. If you're an old hand, this is no time to stop. Join us in DC!
