Nuclear physicist Zia Mian - who now works on non-proliferation and peace issues at Princeton - gave this opening keynote speech at a New England Summit meeting of organizers, leaders, thinkers and activists in Portsmouth, NH Feb 27 (the conf. continues this weekend, see listing at actma.org)
