Libby Pardon: Isn't Bush "Aiding and Abeting" a criminal?
04 Jul 2007
...couldn't it also be legally deduced, that by offering a pardon to one of his criminal accomplices (i.e. Libby) President Bush committed a criminal act by "aidng & abeting" a criminal and a convicted felon?
Apparently its been reaffirmed that Dubya Bush has the congressional right to pardon anyone he wants, including Scooter Libby. On the other hand its also known that Bush "doesn't" have the right to pardon himself!

If it can be surmised that Scooter Libby was a participant in a White House "criminal conspiracy" with Bush & Cheney et al,then couldn't it also be legally deduced, that by offering a pardon to one of his criminal accomplices (i.e. Libby) President Bush committed a criminal act by "aidng & abeting" one of his criminal accomplices, who was also a newly convicted felon? This criminal act or acts (maybe including collusion and racketeering) would then lie outside the purview of Bush's presidental powers and he then would have no immunity from prosecution!
