Is it too early to start talking about May Day?
Is it too early to start talking about May Day?
It's on a Saturday this year. It would be nice to have a big festive gathering somewhere.
...Just getting the wheels turning, hopefully.

Don't you have anyone else to talk to?
14 Mar 2004
I suggest you meet with your neighbors, hang out on the steps, and talk about how you will throw your own, very local, May Day block part. Organize it face to face. Hold the party in real life. And then don't spend your time writing about it here.

Beyond your keyboard and beyond your computer screen, there is a real world, with real people. You can look into their faces and see who they are. They'll talk to you, just like real people and you will know where they live, what they do and just what kind of people the really are.

However, if you choose to live your life here, on a NEFAC controlled IndyMedia, you'll find your IP address mined by a group of nutcases that get their kicks out of harassing people online.

You won't find the red pill here on Boston IndyMedia. You'll just find a jacked booted collective of neo-fascists pretending to be anarchists.
I think that would be really nice.

A nice traditional May Day celebration with everyone bringing food and dancing around the Maypole. Everyone invited!!

It would be a celebration that winter is past us and a happy day to all be friends and look forward to a wonderful warm summer.

Great Idea!

to "the Net"
Are you the only credible source of info here?
Your insistence on avoiding discussion of anything at all just convinces me that you are a destructive and negative force with nothing to offer the activist community except bullshit.

oh no
virtual harrassment
I've had my life threatened by "real people"
guess what, i'm still here
stop whining, start winning.
Expect harrassment when you are doing the right thing.
what the hell are you talking about!?

Looks like someone's tin-foil helmet is on a little crooked today. Talk about your wild fantasies! You'd almost think this might be some kind of COINTELPRO smear, but it is just to silly and out there.

Anyways, sorry to burst your conspiracy bubble, but no one from NEFAC has ever been apart of Indymedia in any way, shape or form. Beyond this, there is very little contact between anyone from NEFAC people and members of the Boston IMC collective (who, for the record, are about as far from jack-booted thugs as you can get!), other than the occassional friendly "hello" at a demonstration or event.

Too funny.
