Abortion is illegal in Ireland. Aileen O'Carroll, an Irish anarchist and member of the Workers Solidarity Movement talks about twenty years pro-choice activism. In this time period the power of the Catholic Church in Ireland has declined dramatically. She explains how this fundamental change to Irish society came about, outlines how struggles have been won and describes the battles that are being fought in the present day. This talk will be of interest to anyone fighting for social change.
