Calling all anarchists and anti-authoritarians in the Northeast,
Join us at the Northeast Anarchist Network general assembly

Saturday November 29th , Sunday November 30th, 2008
Gather in assembly in Providence Rhode Island

Barack Obama is the president, liberals everywhere breath sighs of relief, but we continue to watch immigration raids, war rages on around the world, the prison industrial complex hasn't even hiccuped, and worst of all capitalism is still churning forward!

How can we build a strong organized presence of anarchist activity throughout the northeast? How can we work with our communities as people facing exploitation to build resistance, and fight to win? Lets work together to win gains in the here in now,and talk about how we can prepare for (help bring about) a revolutionary situation.

Come together let us plot and plan to turn our passions and desires for a free and equal society and world into an organized force for a revolutionary change.

NEAN is a Network of anarchist organizations and individuals, formed in February 2007, that stretches from D.C. to Maine. We are glad to announce a finalization of plans to host the general assembly of our network here in Providence. Please come to Providence and join together in two days of meeting, planning, workshops, and conversation and dialogue.

Please Don't Feed the Trolls

Wikipedia defines an Internet Troll as: "An Internet troll is either a person who sends messages on the Internet hoping to entice other users into angry or fruitless responses, or a message sent by such a person." Boston IMC strives to provide both a grassroots media resource as well as a forum for people to contribute to a meaningful discussion about local issues. Please, when posting comments, be respectful of others and ignore those trying to interrupt or discourage meaningful discourse. Thank you.
