Cambridge Jobless Rate Jumps To 6.6 Percent In 2009 |

Unemployment rate in Cambridge is still rising. |
Between August 2009 and September 2009, the official jobless rate under the current Cambridge Municipal Government jumped from 5.9 percent to 6.6 percent.
Since September 2008, the number of workers in Cambridge, Massachusetts who are unemployed has also jumped from 2,353 to 3,801, according to the state government's official figures. |

what exactly? That Cambridge is doing better economically than most of the rest of the state and nation? Not exactly a reason to elect the village idiot James Williamson to office. |
