Dear Ms Bachelder,
Since September last year many employees at a Popeye's franchise in Boston have not received full pay for their work. The workers have asked the Franchise owner, Ms. Reba Dantorg, to obey the law and pay all workers in full. Months have gone by and the workers have not yet been paid.
The Popeye's franchise in Kenmore Square in Boston, MA is in violation of State & Federal labor laws by not paying checks for weeks and bouncing other payroll checks.
Please provide the proper oversight of your franchises and maintain your reputation by supporting these workers.
