On 10.30.2009, Rwanda Green Party members waited to enter a Catholic Church in Kigali, Rwanda, for the party's fourth attempt to convene, which was disrupted by violent provocateurs chanting "Hail the RPF!" Rwandan President Paul Kagame, of the ruling RPF Party, trained at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, in the U.S.A.
