Boston, MA
Download flyer at:

Come out to support the 84th anniversary of the unlawful execution of Sacco and Vanzetti by the State of Massachusetts, a historic case in the struggle against the death penalty, the fight for immigrant rights, and the resistance to protect free speech.

On the 50th anniversary of the execution in 1977, MIchael Dukakis, then governor, proclaimed that the two workers had ...not received a fair trial due to pervasive anti-immigrant, anti-Italian, anti-radical biases.

"What I wish more than all in this last hour of agony is that our case and our fate may be understood in their real being and serve as a tremendous lesson to the forces of freedom so that our suffering and death will not have been in vain."
-Bartolomeo Vanzetti

Please come to the Boston Common Visitor Center at 2PM for the initial rally with speeches and music. The march will begin at 3PM and continue onward to Hanover St. The march will arrive at 4PM for another rally with performances and kind words for our people in the struggle.
