Calling anti-fracking leaflets controversial, the Media Ohio park board denied access to
activists. |

which is an anti-fracking group. For Earth Day, the group was denied
access to the Earth Day park of the Medina park board. The Ohio chapter
of the ACLU found out and took action getting the group into the park site. It was a day in the low 40's and of all the groups at the park,
only the anti-fracking group was made to sit outside in the cold wind.
There would have been plenty of room inside. The fact that there were octogenarians staffing the anti-fracking
table made no difference to authorities.
