The Supreme Court is expected to rule in June on the constitutionality of the individual mandate, a key element in the Affordable Care Act that President Obama signed into law two years ago. How the justices rule on the challenge to the law’s provision that forces citizens now without health coverage to purchase insurance will have a profound effect on millions of Americans’ access to health care.
