Flood victims in the Philippines need urgent help! |

Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon experienced heavy flooding yesterday after several days of non-stop rains.According to the country's National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in this morning's news, 11 were reported dead and 4 others were hurt. |

Many areas in the national capital region are already in a state of calamity due to "unprecedented" volume of rains poured over in these places.We appeal to our friends wherever you are to extend assistance and below is the campaign of AKBAYAN's Headquarters for those who are situated in Manila.
