CAnnibal Cop Closing Arguments Set for Today |

With the way this case is being handled (more on that later), psychotic NYPD almost-sergeant Gilberto Valle may go free even though he faces life in prison. If this happens, will all inmates worldwide doing time for “conspiracy” automatically become political prisoners?
This story seems very under-reported, at least on antenna TV. It has also been a remarkably “speedy trial,” taking place 3 months after the arrest, in federal court. Please comment below if this is the first time you’re hearing of this “terror-lovin’ terrorist.” |

On convicting conspirators, WPIX points out “Several federal terror suspects are now behind bars not because they successfully killed Americans, but because they unknowingly worked with FBI informants – who supplied with fake explosives – and gave them the opportunity to push the fake trigger.”
Why wasn’t Valle set up as well? Chris Hansen from the “To Catch a Predator” show, where are you?
Valle, a totally sinister threat to society, is using an attorney and a FEMALE public defender (who Valle probably thinks looks “tasty”). Their defense is that it was “all fantasy.”
If intent is all that needs to be proven, how’s this for proof of intent:
* Valle possessed quite the hit list; files on “at least 100 women,” REAL women, which identify potential victims. The files contained at least one photo of each woman, their names, addresses, ages, MEASUREMENTS, photos of dead and murdered women, photos of women being tortured in different ways, and more. Valle also “SURVEILED” and met with some of these women. His WIFE was one of these women.
* The following are excerpts of emails and internet conversations held between Valle and co-conspirators.
Valle:“…I know all of them…” “I can make chloroform here.” “I love that she is asleep right now not having the slightest clue of what we have PLANNED. Her days are numbered.”
A co-conspirator: “You do know if we don't waste any of her there is nearly 75 lbs of food there.”

* From CBS reports on the trial: “Valle began discussing plans to attack a 27-year-old Columbus, Ohio, woman he knew in college…He wrote that her death would ‘definitely make the news’ and there will be ‘plenty of suspects’ because SHE IS A PROSECUTOR.”
“[Co-conspirator] Moody Blues told Valle he had fantasized about cannibalism since he was 6 years old but did not fulfill the desire UNTIL 35 years later.” Investigators are currently digging up this guy’s backyard.
“In one correspondence, Valle suggests a woman [name omitted] would be easy PREY because she lived alone.”
“Moody Blues suggested EATING THEIR VICTIM ALIVE but Valle responded: ‘I’m not really into raw meat.’”
“Valle told Moody Blues he was meeting [name omitted] for lunch on Sunday and that she would be ‘kidnapped in a couple of months.’”
“The officer wrote ‘I don’t really mind if she experiences pain and suffering. I will sleep like a baby. Give me a week to watch her and know her routine.’”

* Valle also plotted to kidnap, SELL and deliver an unconsious woman to co-conspirator Michael Vanhise of Hamilton, NJ. “It’s a short drive to you.”

That definitely sounds like intent and some real-life kidnapping plots to say the least.
Fitting the profile of a typical psychopath, Valle knew that what he was doing could cost him. From the FBI document: “Like I said this is very risky and will ruin my life if I am caught.” Later, an FBI agent testified Valle’s response to why he had been arrested: “He told me he thought he was there for conspiracy to commit murder or attempted murder.”
Besides being “accused of planning to kidnap cook and eat as many as 100 women,” one charge against Valle is violating computer crime law by accessing the FBI’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database to glean some of this information. Valle was a cop for only 6 years.
How many other relatively new cops snoop in databases they shouldn’t without being held accountable or even charged?
Other thoughts:
Have all or any of the women Valle arrested been interviewed?
How many animals has he killed in the past (another psychopathic behavior)?
Based admittedly solely on appearances, “Gilberto Valle III” and even his family look like they may be into some satan worshiping too, passed down through the generations. His name alone sounds satanic.

The clip in the video link above has a funny technical error which seems to have been done on purpose. If so, score one for the good guys! At the end of the report the screen shows only the words “FEDS: CANNIBAL COP.” This stays pictured for at least 11 seconds and is what you view as you hear the reporter begin the next story, “A hero police officer is recovering after he was shot…” |
