Save the Emperor's Clothes
07 Jun 2004
Modified: 08:41:07 PM
Alternative News site 'The Emperor's Clothes' needs saving.
Jared Israel, who, in coalition with Prof. Francisco Gil-White, runs the alternative media site 'The Emperor's Clothes' has recently declared that they've been having problems making ends meet.

EC, as shown on the site, has a wide variety of articles, on topics ranging from NATO actions in the Baltics, to issues regarding the 11 September terrorist attacks, to Milosevic's prosecution by the Hague Tribunal.

It would be a shame to loose such a valuable deposit of information that has amounted over time through a variety of news investigations and intellectual contributions that find their home at EC.

As Jared states:

"Our main server, is down. This is because we have unfortunately run out of money to pay bills associated with the website, the phone bills, the domain renewal, the technician who works on the site, etc.

We've had crises before and our readers have always pulled us through by donating generously. Please help out as much as you can!"

You can donate using our secure server at

Or you can donate through PayPal at

Or by phone 1 617-9161705

Or by sending a check to:

Many thanks!
