Tobin Community Center

Each Wednesday, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm
We will be VOLUNTEERING for the weekly Wednesday late afternoon $2/bag of produce in Mission Hill.
When you volunteer, YOU will ALSO TAKE HOME one or two of those "$2 bags"!
Fair Foods provides a 20-22 bag of produce for the Mission Hill neighbors so they can eat like me - on produce. The neighbors only need to
pay' $2 for the bag.
Volunteers unload the truck, set up 3 banquet tables, set up the food in order of desntiy (potatoes on bottom - tomatoes and bananas and berries and kale on top), then fill each bag (and 'stack' them upright by one another - for the 'paying neighbors' to pick up (for $2).
We arrive around 4 pm (maybe as late as 4:30 pm) and work until 6 pm (can leave as early as 5:30 pm if we've finished).
In the FRONT of the Tobin Community Center, 1481 Tremont Street (between the Brigham Circle T stop - GREEN E-Line - and the Roxbury Crossing Orange Line T stop), behind the wrought iron fence.
Wear comfortable clothing.
