Repealing medical device tax will increase cost of ACA
to other programs including Social Security.
DELAY MEDICAL DEVICE TAX REPEAL!!
The repeal of the medical device tax
should be POSTPONED until the 40 hour work week is
restored and the individual mandate is repealed.
Repealing the individual mandate that requires
people who do not need to buy health insurance to buy
health insurance will reduce the total cost of
subsidies in states that have an exchange
established by the state.
Changing the 29 hour work week to 40 hours will
increase the total amount of income tax paid to
help pay for things.
If Democrats decide to repeal the medical device tax
without first restoring the 40 hour work week
and repealing the individual mandate the full COST
of the healthcare law will have to be paid by abolishing
the annual cost of living increase for social security
recipients and disabled people will also lose their disability
The U.S. military budget has already been CUT by 80 percent
to PAY for the healthcare law while terrorists operate unopposed.
Republicans can offer to BUY votes from Democrats to reinstate
the 40 hour work week by offering to subsidize federal healthcare.gov
in addition to exchanges esablished by states in exchange for
fully restoring the 40 hour work week BEFORE the U.S. Supreme court
verdict in King Vs Burwell is decided!!
Republicans can offer to BUY votes from Democrats to repeal the
individual mandate by authorizing funding to build 4096 gigawatts
of solar power plants on initially undeveloped desert land so
healthy people will no longer be required to buy health insurance
and 4096 gigawatts of daytime solar power will reduce the need
to burn coal for the purpose of creating carbon dioxide based
Pretty please POSTPONE the repeal of the medical device tax
until the individual mandate is fully repealed and the
40 hour work week is fully restored.
It is not fair to require social security recipients and disabled
Americans to pay for the entire cost of the medial device tax repeal
without reducing the cost of the healthcare law by repealing the
individual mandate first.
Switching to an all volunteer jury system will increase the
accuracy of verdicts to the extent of implementing tort reform.
