Pope Francis has
spoken to all about the need for economic equality as well as political equality... the need to eliminate the huge gap between rich and poor
has exercised courageous leadership with his encyclical on the environment in which he asked everyone in the world to work to protect Mother Earth
apologized to S American Indians for the role of the Churh in siding with invading colonizers
visited maximum security prisons as well as hospitals, schools etc.
visited a slum in Paraguay
has ordered the Vatican to jail proven pedophiles from priests to cardinals
has said that divorce can be morally necessary
has said to Catholics 'don't breed like rabbits'
has said about gays 'who am I to judge?'
has motivated Italians to work to help a flood of refugees as he spoke of the church as a church for the poor
One area in which he has not yet led the public is in informing the world of the vegetarianism of Jesus, the apostles, the early Christians for the first 300 years, many orders such as the Franciscans. May that come soon.
