"Preventing Homelessness Among People Leaving Prison," produced by the Vera Institute of Justice, examines homelessness among former inmates, shares examples of corrections agencies' efforts to address it, and offers insights from Vera's Project Greenlight, an in-prison program that provided comprehensive transition services, including housing assistance, to felony offenders reentering communities in New York City.
