PBS Documentary "The Uprising of 1934" Covers Textile Strike in Southeast USA and Fight for Rights During Great Depression

At one point in time hundreds of textile plants were located in key Southeastern regions. The Labor force was desperate to gain better wages and rights so they went on strike to appeal to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt of the "New Deal"
This is important labor history not taught in the majority of schools even among progressives, Democrats or Southern Studies.
