Anti-Mexican extremists reacted swiftly to news that the INS is cooperating with a church group that has been leaving life-saving water jugs in remote desert areas used by Mexican migrant workers crossing the border:

That's one thing nobody is planning on. What if sombody were to go around putting something in the water jugs? Or better yet, what if jugs of contaminated water were left scattered around the same areas that look just like the good ones?...Would it be leagal to leave jugs of impure water in the desert, containing human bodily fluids? I don't know...

And make them look just like the jugs of water that others are leaving to assist foreign lawbreakers in our national invasion.

We should also warn potential illeagal aliens in Mexico that such decoys are scattered about on the American side of the border, and that they are visibly indistinguishable from the good water, left by other lawbreakers, that is, until you taste them to find out.
