Billionaires for Bush Play Croquet in Central Park
30 Aug 2004
The streets of NYC are filled with hundreds of thousands of traveling troublemakers. Police patty-wagons line the streets. Tensions are high. And the anarchists have an exploding dragon float. Yet, there isn't a traveling troublemaker, cop dressed in riot gear, or exploding anarchist dragon East of the Mississippi that could keep the Billionaires for Bush from telling the world that Bush is their personal hero.

But before these opinionated capitalist could share their stance with dissenters, they needed to calm down over a game of croquet and sip on a glass of worker's sweat. The Billionaires were mildly, but politely, disgruntle over the spat on whether 500,000 anti-Bush protesters could use the Great Lawn.

Simply delighted with the New York Supreme Court decision to bar the protesters from the area, the billionaires wasted not time. They met with friends, for a little chit-chat about shopping on 5th Ave., on the Great Lawn in Central Park at 10am.

At around noon, the Billionaires decided it was time to share their support for the President with the world. They stomped off in their high heels and boat shoes and joined the march.

The marchers respected the Billionaires right to peacefully assemble, despite being told that their attire looks like, "mungy- grungy."

The Billionaires for Bush will be hosting a variety of events throughout the upcoming week.
