Ocean State Earth First!

Ocean State Earth First! is just getting started. We're based in Providence RI, but are hoping to connect or join up with like-minded activsts across Southern New England.
Ocean State EF! provides an Earth First! contact for Rhode Island, distributing news and publications of the radical environmental movement, providing direct action resources, promoting bioregional consciousness
in our area, and encouraging multi-issue place-based organizing.

Specifically we plan to:

1) Distribute national and regional materials

2) Distribute the Earth First! Journal

3) Provide direct action and non-violence trainings

4) Work against racism and sexism (including in the radical environmental movement)

5) Be a local a regional resource for direct action in our community

6) Promote multi-issue place-based bio-centric organizing
