Announcement :: Organizing
Kerry at Fanueil Hall 1pm Today!
03 Nov 2004
Kerry plans on giving a concession speech at Fanueil Hall today at 1pm. Organize there if possible.
Kerry has just conceeded to Bush and he plans to give an official speech at Fanueil Hall today at 1pm. I dont know if it is inside the hall or outside. But if it is open to the public, lets move in and make them hear our outrage! Pass this along.

Why do you want to organize a protest?

"But if it is open to the public, lets move in and make them hear our outrage! Pass this along. "

This sort of useless action is exactly why the Right has put its boy back in the White House. You leftists dont seem to get it. Why waste even ONE MINUTE organizing protests against the lawfully elected President, since it will accomplish nothing. Now is the time to organize your pet cause by forming organizations, raising money, and lobbying in the accepted venues (press conferences, fund-raisers, etc). Forget about useless street campaigns. They accomplish nothing.

Electing Bush for four more years is indicative of the overall feeling of the nation (the majority, that is). America is not a fertile ground for liberal policies or activities at this time. The Patriot Act is going to be used to accomplish a variety of different goals of the Right. Be on your "P"s and "Q"s.

I disagree. America can not be generalized. Its evident by the results that the country is greatly divided. The ballot questions in this state to restrict the patriot act all passed where in the rest of the country people voted to abolish the rights of gay people. I think now is a better time than ever to strengthen our base since people in our region seem to be more left than before Bush took office. Kerry has been defeated but I think the left radical voice will grow stronger. I think a great way to usher in the new reign of the right is to show that we havent stopped fighting. We should show anger, not defeat
Give the "bonesmen" hell.

Kerry has no right to throw in the towel. The president is not chosen by one of the assholes quitting, it is to be chosen by the votes. The votes are not finished being counted. Therefore, Kerry is exactly the piece of shit many on the left have claimed.

Do not take this sitting. Go to his CAPITULATION speech, now and give him hell.
Kerry abandons ship once again.

This is exactly what John "Billionaire boy" Kerry is all about. Kerry couldnt bring himself to put the windsurfer down at critical times and work for his base to get the fucking job done!

Kerry could care less he has his millions and wife's billions and his cushy Senate job to go back to it US the people who support a new voice that have lost.

Kerry wasnt it he was never it he was an arrogant phony jerk, and has pitched all the rest of US over the side.

Character attacks aside, Kerry does seem to be falling into the same trap that Gore and his attorneys did in 2000. With Bush claiming victory and the media spinning a consensus, there is a false sense of imminence. It is not true that democracy will collapse unless a victor is declared immediately. Wish victory margins in key states as low as 100,000 votes, the only way to uphold democracy is to verify that every vote has been counted.
There is no "Florida" this time. Kerry simply lost.
03 Nov 2004
No votes have been tampered with, there are no mysterious "chad" hangers or lost ballot boxes. There is no question that Bush won, and there are no grounds for contesting the election. None of this is surprising, since the initial reason why he even joined the Democunts is a mystery. Why would such an erudite, aristocrat join a party which would tax his fortunes away if given a chance?

Kerry lost, Bush won. the universe is balanced....
Nafarious Cabal talks out his ass.

"No votes have been tampered with"

How do you know that? You don't.
Stating the obvious is "talking out of my ass"?
03 Nov 2004
Kerry LOST, Bush WON. The election wasnt close, there are no mysteries, Bush is going to be our President for the next four years. Gee, my ass certainly speaks well.
Not to belabor the point...
03 Nov 2004
But look at the numbers. According to CNN, Bush leads Ohio by 136,483: votes. Meanwhile, the Secretary of State in Ohio was prepared to count all of the votes, and just this morning, Kerry's campaign manager said that there are 250,000 uncounted votes:,001301190000.htm
Maybe Bush did win the electoral vote, but it is too early to tell. Finally, I acknowledge that my information is incomplete, and that other factors may exist; but that is precisely the reason that the process must not be terminated prematurely

For Christ's sake, would you liberals please stop pissing and moaning? KERRY LOST THE ELECTION BECAUSE HE WAS A SHITTY CANDIDATE. No amount of counting and recounting is going to change that. And so, we find ourselves in the same place we were a few years ago. George W. Bush, scumbag extraordinaire, is the president, and there's no Democratic candidate to assuage your martyr complex.

Maybe this means you need to start working for some REAL change rather than dwelling on yet another fucking sham of an election!
