Armed Forces Career Center in Quincy forges fake diploma. |
I recently posted something very vague about this situation. I said I would post more info as I got it.
So here's what I know.
I can't name names but here are some facts:
A 22 year old man from Weymouth MA recently enlisted in the army despite never graduating from high school and never obtaining a GED.
The army requires a high school diploma and officially prefers no more than 8% of their
recruits to have GEDs.
But the recruiters at the Armed Forces Career Center must really want to keep their cushy stateside jobs because their solution is to forge a fake diploma stating that the above mentioned recruit graduated from Weymouth high school in the year 2000.
Earlier this week I went to the recruiting office to stir them up about this. I asked if they could "just fake me a diploma". They told me no. But word got back to me that a recruiter asked the recruit questions about me.
I really wish I could name names and blow this thing wide open. But because I have known this kid for years I don't feel that I can currently do that. However, I do feel that I have the responsibility to expose this desperate measure being taken by these body snatchers in Quincy.
If there is anybody who knows who should hear about this then please spread the word. I don't really want to throw a bone to the corporate media with out giving Indy a shot. Feel free to contact me at the above email. |
