Anthrax, Pardongate, and the New Fascist World Order
27 Oct 2001
I have come to conclusion, or, rather, now believe that the wave of anthrax attacks, which began with a lethal attack on the office of the National Enquirer, probably occurred for two primary reasons: 1) to get a little payback for the activities of a recently rogue element in the media; and 2) to provide motivation for attacking elements within the United States that criticize the government or the media (normally the obedient servant of the government) and to generate support for the new repressive laws.

What follows is primarily a thought experiment; I have no real evidence to support my allegations. It just seems that there is something terribly wrong with what we are hearing about the anthrax attacks, and this little article is, really, little more than a starting point for further exploration into this curious topic. I submit for your approval the following:

A rather silly notion was put forward recently suggesting that the recent Anthrax attacks were designed to stop the government and media from reading letters. I say this is silly only because anybody with access to a computer can send a letter to their representative via email, and never use the post office; as such, the solution to the problem undoubtedly lies elsewhere.

After pondering the various reports coming from the government and various media sources, I have come to conclusion, or, rather, now believe that the wave of anthrax attacks, which began with a lethal attack on the office of the National Enquirer, probably occurred for two primary reasons: 1) to get a little payback for the activities of a recently rogue element in the media; and 2) to provide motivation for attacking elements within the United States that criticize the government or the media (normally the obedient servant of the government) and to generate support for the new repressive laws. This agenda is designed to particularly target those who do not mindlessly go along with the government line and / or distrust their "assets" (as the CIA called them) in the mainstream media. The object is to demonize dissent. If you distrust government, the government wants people to think of you as a terrorist. If you distrust the media, the government wants people to think you are a terrorist. I'll look at these two points individually.

A) The first and most serious attack, resulting in death, was the attack on the office of the National Enquirer. The question that arises here is: why would terrorists, whether they are foreign or domestic, want to attack the National Enquirer? It just does not make any sense. The National Enquirer is hardly a prestigious source of quality American journalism. Perhaps bin Laden was mad about a story that suggested he might be having an affair with Madonna? Alternatively, perhaps domestic terrorists were angry that the Enquirer reported that three-headed space aliens were living in the White House wine cellar? It is simply too bizarre. Why not attack the Flat Earth Society while they were at it, it would have made about as much sense (with one exception, that I will get to in a moment). The National Enquirer is normally ignored by most people since it deals primarily in wild speculations and rumors, so choosing them as the first source to attack is strange ... unless, of course, you consider the fact that there was ONE story that the Enquirer broke recently that did capture the attention of the entire nation and, in fact, led to a Congressional inquiry; namely, Pardongate.

Yes, it was the National Enquirer that broke the Pardongate scandal, which still could be the most serious political corruption scandal since Watergate (supposing the media and Congress follow it through). When all things are considered, the most realistic motive for attacking the National Enquirer is for its role in breaking the Pardongate scandal. If this is true, then it is also reasonable to assume that the perpetrators of the crime (the anthrax attack) are connected to the government and / or the Democratic Party. We have been told recently that the Anthrax is military grade, and possibly originated from U.S. military stocks, which seems to add weight to this theory. But why would these government sources send anthrax to government recipients (if indeed it ever REALLY was)? The answer is that the anthrax sent to government is probably part of a larger plan, which I illustrate next.

B) In the wake of the media and government anthrax "attacks," the White House has made it clear recently exactly where they want to take this whole matter; a spokesman suggested that they were looking at "lone nuts" who "might have something against the government or the media." Get the picture? It is part of program designed to crack down on dissent and to have the trembling public so busy ironing their mail (suggested as a way to kill anthrax) that they will not question the crackdown. It is designed to demonize anyone that distrusts government or media.

The game is afoot. Powerful people in Washington and around the globe are preparing for a final crack down on dissent and the implementation of a New Fascist World Order. This is why we saw Tony Blair calling for a "reordering of the world," Mikhail Gorbachev calling (October 22) for a "New World Order," and the head of the EU also calling for a new global governing body. With this in mind one also needs to reconsider the fact that September 11 was the anniversary of George Bush Sr.'s speech to a joint session of Congress in 1990 in which he called for the creation of a "New World Order." It may just be a coincidence that the attacks on America came on the anniversary of Bush's call for a NWO, and, ultimately, the individual will have to decide the significance of the coincidence; however, when one considers that in the wake of the attack on America that leaders worldwide have been calling for the creation of New World Order, the significance of the anniversary of Bush's speech seems rather ominous.
