Jamaica´s Prime Minister Sends Message to Fidel Castro
Havana, Jul 10 (Prensa Latina) Jamaica´s Prime Minister Percival Patterson sent a message to Cuban President Fidel Castro, expressing deep sorrow for the deaths and damages left by Hurricane Dennis.

This unfortunate disaster has particularly shaken Jamaicans, because we had just welcomed happily a Cuban aircraft carrying food and other supplies donated so generously by the Cuban government, the statement published by Juventud Rebelde daily said.

Please, be sure that our thoughts an prayers are with our brothers and sisters from Cuba, during this period of natural disaster, the Jamaican leader highlighted.

Patterson is confident that bravery and capacity to resist, which are characteristic of the Cuban people, will prevail, and quick efforts to recover will allow them to go back to normality as soon as possible.

Jamaica is willing to help as much as possible, if it is necessary, the message concludes.
