Hurricane Emily Burgeons, Cuba out of Crosshairs
Havana, Jul 15 (PL) Emily has blossomed into a full-fledged hurricane, registering four out of five on the Saffir Simpson scale and ripping into 6the Caribbean at 32 km/hr, informs the Cuban Institute of Meteorology.

With maximum sustained winds of 215 km/hr, Emily rides the wake of Dennis, from which Cuba is still cleaning up.

It looks like Emily will mind her own business and leave this island alone, but a few days ago when she was still a little girl, she blasted Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, San Vicente and the Granadines.

This deadly maiden of wind could sashay through Jamaica overnight, and arrive at the Yucatan peninsula Sunday.
