THIS SOUNDS GOOD,ITS GREAT TO SEE MORE PEOPLE ARE WORKING ON STOPPING US OCCUPATION,AND THE DEATHS OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY SERVING ABROAD.
ITS TIME FOR THIS COUNTRY AND ITS CITIZENS TO WAKE UP AND DO SOMETHING!!! |

ive been to a few of the meetings.i think the oct29th coalition should have an even more diverse chair.i am not complaining about the current chair but it is beginning to seem like some kind of tokenism when you not only use a minority.but one thats a women, young and a foreigner, repeatedly.
we need minoritys in community groups to get involved
i have to admit that i do like that this coalition has given people a voice who normally would'nt have one in the movement because some dont belong to any particular organization. |

or it could be that the young woman displays leadership qualities, and that people are happy to have her chair. . .
anyway, what's more diverse? does she have to be a cyborg or something, too? |

i agree with uh here she does possess really great leadership qualities.you can tell by talking to her.
possessing the ability to have people from everywhere pay attention and listen to you without speaking very loud or screaming is a gift not everyone holds, especially in the anti-war movement. |
