November 17th, 10 AM
on Centre Street, JP, in front of JP Licks
All over Boston and Jamacia Plain rents are increasing at an
rate. Long term tenants are being forced out of their homes out of the
or onto the streets. Fifteen tenants located at 59 Amory Street in JP
currently fighting eviction and to maintain the spaces and community
worked hard to build.
Despite claiming to support the arts, new owners M&S Realty, have
negotiate new leases and have initited eviction proceedings -- and not
lack of rent.
Come join us as we say GREED IS NOT AN EXCUSE to destroy communities at
Amory Street or city-wide.
J.P. Artists need your help!!!
PLEASE JOIN US THIS SATDAY 11/17 AT 10 AM IN FRONT OF
J.P. LICKS. if you can't join us in person please CALL
Mordecai Levin and Stavros Frantzis, M&S Realty, to
express your support for us to stay in our studios and to protest
rents city wide.

You self-serving piece of ordure. Don't try to hide the fact that you are unable to support yourself in your chosen profession because your work sucks.
If you were competent and accomplished in your field you could afford to pay whatever rent was charged. Because you're so out of touch due to a lack of vision and or personal hygiene you have to stand in front of a successful business to lament your lack of funds brought on by your lack of talent.
Why not start an ice cream store yourself loser? Why not call it "Sheepdip's"?
You people can't even fool the black folk down at the Stop and Shop can you? Thrown out of there like so much garbage.
You need to move to a place where people are more "evolved" and "progressive".
I hear Habana is quite nice this time of year Kamerade
