Topalov Unstoppable at World Chess in Argentina
San Luis, Argentina, Oct 5 (Prensa Latina) Bulgarian Veselin Topalov beat Hungarian Yudit Polgar to remain on top of the World Chess Championship taking place in the Argentine province of San Luis.

Topalov continued winning by defeating Polgar in 64 moves on Tuesday.

Now, he is leading with 5.5 points, widening the gap to two points over Indian Vishwanathan Anand and Russian Peter Svidler, who drew in 39 moves.

Uzbek Rustam Kasimdzhanov and Hungarian Peter Leko agreed to a draw after 43 moves of a Sicilian defense.

The match between English Michael Adams and Russian A Morozevich also ended in a draw.

Topalov-Kasimdzhanov; Leko-Adams; Morozevich-Anand; Svidler-Polgar are slated for Wednesday.
