Following is a list of suspicious deaths/suicides surrounding Bill Clinton, BCCI, Inslaw, and the Ives/Henry murders. The names have been segregated into three categories including: a) Ives/Henry, b) Inslaw, and c) Other Clinton-Related victims. Kevin Ives/ Don Henry - Initial cause of death reported to be resulting from falling asleep on railroad tracks in Arkansas on August 23, 1987. This initial ruling was reported by state medical examiner Fahmy Malak, a friend of Governor Bill Clinton. It was later determined that Kevin died from a crushed skull and that Don had been stabbed in the back before being placed on the tracks. Rumors indicate that they might have stumbled upon the Mena drug operation.

Keith Koney - held information on the Ives/Henry deaths. Died in a motorcycle accident resulting from a car chase in July 1988.
Keith McKaskle - held information on the Ives/Henry deaths. Was stabbed to death in November 1988.
Gregory Collins - held information on the Ives/Henry deaths.

Jeff Rhodes - held information on the Ives/Henry/McKaskle deaths. Burned body was found in trash dump in April 1989. Died of a gunshot wound to the head, some body mutilation.
James Milan - held information on the Ives/Henry deaths. Was decapitated; state examiner Fahmy Malak initially ruled death by natural causes.
Richard Winters - Suspect in the deaths of Ives/Henry. Killed in a robbery in July 1989 which was later proved to be a setup.
Jordan Kettleson - held information on the Ives/Henry deaths. Found shot to death in the front seat of his pickup on June 1990.
Suicide Disputes Common in Arkansas, by Christopher Ruddy
Inslaw was a small software company whose software (PROMIS) was allegedly stolen by the Department of Justice. Tactics utilized by the Department of Justice during this procurement eventually forced Inslaw into bankruptcy. The lawsuits and ensuing investigations resulted in many deaths as itemized in the following listing:
Larry Guerin - Was killed in February 1987 while investigating the Inslaw case.
Alan Standorf - Electronic Intelligence employee for the National Security Agency was a source of information to Danny Casalaro who was investigating Inslaw and BCCI. His body was found in the back seat of his car at Washington National Airport on January 31, 1991.
Dennis Eisman - An attorney involved in the Inslaw case, he was found shot to death on April 5, 1991.
Danny Casalaro - Free lance reporter and writer who was investigating Inslaw, BCCI and the October Surprise. Found dead in his bathtub in his Sheraton Hotel room in Martinsburg, Virginia on August 10, 1991. His wrists were slashed 10 times, and the documentation on the cases he was working on was missing.
Ian Spiro - Held supporting documentation for grand jury proceedings on the Inslaw case. His wife and 3 children were found murdered on November 1, 1992 in their home with gunshot wounds to the head several days later in a parked car on the Borego Desert. Death was determined to be ingestion of cyanide. FBI report indicated that Ian had murdered his family and committed suicide.
Paul Tully - Democratic National Committee Political Director. Died on September 24, 1992. He was found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock, Arkansas of "unknown causes." Described by Clinton as a "dear friend and trusted advisor." Tully authored several key strategies for Clinton and the party.
John Crawford - Attorney with information on Inslaw. He died from a heart attack in Tacoma in April 1993.
Paul Wilcher - Investigator and attorney was found dead in Washington D.C. on July 23, 1993. Shortly before his death he had sent a 105 page letter to Attorney General Janet Reno releasing information on CIA secret operations.
OTHER CLINTON-RELATED DEATHS
The following list includes names of individuals who were associated or involved with Clinton, Whitewater and Mena drug operations.
Susan Coleman - Reportedly became pregnant after an affair with Clinton in the late 1970s. Problem was becoming a campaign issue in a Clinton election bid. Susan was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head at 7 1/2 months pregnant. Death was an apparent suicide in July 1978.
Victor Raiser - National Finance Co-Chair of "Clinton for President," he died in an airplane crash on July 30, 1992. DeeDee Meyers described Raiser as a "major player" in the Clinton organization. Victor Raiser was also chairman of Mobile Telecomm, an international paging company used by federal police agencies such as the FBI.
R. Montgomery Raiser - Involved with Clinton campaign. Died in airplane crash along with Paul Tulley - On Democratic National Committee. Was found dead due to unknown causes in a hotel room on September 24, 1992.
Paula Grober - Clinton's speech interpreter for the deaf died on December 9, 1992 in a one-car accident with no known witnesses. She traveled extensively with Clinton from 1978 until her death.
Jim Wilhite - Associate of Mark McClarty's former firm. Died in a one-person skiing accident on December 21, 1992. Vice Chairman, Arkla, Inc. Wilhite had extensive ties with Clinton and Mack McLarty, with whom he visited by telephone just hours before his death.
Steve Willis, Robert Williams, Todd McKeahan, Conway Lebeau - Clinton bodyguards who were killed in Waco on December 28, 1992.
Brian Hassey, Timothy Sabel, William Barkley, Scott Reynolds - Clinton escort/bodyguards died in a helicopter crash on May 19, 1993. All four men died when their helicopter crashed in the woods near Quantico, VA. Reporters were barred from the site, and the head of the fire department, responding to the crash, described it by saying, "Security was tight" with "lots of Marines with guns." A videotape made by a firefighter was seized by the Marines. All four men had escorted Clinton on his flight to the carrier Roosevelt shortly before their deaths.
Vincent Foster - White House Deputy Counsel and personal friend of the Clinton's. Apparent suicide. Died from a gunshot wound to the head in Ft. Marcy Park in Washington, D.C., of a supposed suicide by gunshot. A suicide note was supposedly found a few days later, torn into several pieces, in his briefcase, after his office had been entered by White House staff and materials removed. The gun which he supposedly used to kill himself was reported to be still in his hand, but the person who first found the body reports that there was no gun at that time. Many irregularities surround the death and the investigation of it.

Parnell (?) Walker - Investigator for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) looking into the linkage between Whitewater and Madison S & L. "Fell" from the top of the Lincoln Towers building in Arlington, Virginia on August 15, 1993. In March 1992, Walker had contacted the Kansas City RTC office for information concerning the ties between Whitewater and the Clintons. He reportedly was looking into a 50 million dollar transfer from a Savings & Loan to cover up a 47 million dollar embezzlement.
Stanley Heard, Steven Dickson - Members of the Clinton health care advisory committee. Died in a plane crash on September 10, 1993.
Jerry Parks - Chief of security for Clinton's National Campaign headquarters in Little Rock. Generated an extensive file on Clinton's affairs in the 1980s. His bullet-ridden body was found on Interstate 10 outside Little Rock, Arkansas on September 26, 1993. Several witnesses who initially came forward now have short memories.
Parks' Son Demands Murder Inquiry, by Christopher Ruddy
Ed Willey - Clinton Fundraiser. Died of a "self-inflicted gunshot wound" on November 30, 1993. Body was found in deep woods in Virginia. Ruled a suicide, although no note was found, nor was any motive identified. He had been intimately involved in several Clinton fund raising events. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House.

Gandy Baugh - Dan Lasater's attorney. Died in an alleged suicide by jumping out of window of a multi-story building. Mr. Lasater was a close associate of Governor Clinton, and was later indicted on drug related charges, among other things. Baugh's partner committed suicide on February 8, 1994.
Herschell Friday - Member of presidential campaign Finance Committee. Died in an airplane explosion on March 1, 1994.
Ronald Rogers - Died on March 3, 1994 just before releasing sensitive information to a London newspaper. Undetermined cause of death.
Kathy Ferguson - 38-year-old hospital worker whose ex-husband is codefendant in the Paula Jones sexual harassment lawsuit. Held information supporting Paula's allegations. Died of an apparent suicide on May 11, 1994 from a gunshot wound to the head in her living room. Oddly, next to the body were her packed bags, as if she was expecting to be going somewhere. Kathy Ferguson was reported as a corroborating witness for Paula Corbin Jones.
Bill Shelton - Arkansas police officer was found dead of an apparent suicide on Kathy Ferguson's (his girlfriend's) grave on June 12, 1994, from a gunshot wound to the back of the head.
Stanley Huggins - 46-year-old principal in a Memphis law firm who headed a 1987 investigation into the loan practices of Madison Guaranty S & L. Died in Delaware in July 1994. Reported cause of death was viral pneumonia.
Calvin Walraven - 24-year-old who was a key witness in the trial of Jocelyn Elder's son's drug case. Was found dead in his apartment with a gunshot wound to the head. Tim Hoover, a Little Rock spokesman, says no foul play is suspected.
Paul Olson - A key Federal witness in several Chicago drug trials, he died in a September 8, 1994 USAir airplane crash while returning from being interviewed for two days by federal investigators.
Maj. Gen. William Robertson--Deputy Commanding General, V Corps, Europe; Col. William Densberger--V Corps Chief of Operations and Plans; Col. Robert Kelly--V Corps Chief of Intelligence; and Spec. Gary Rhodes--Crew Chief - All four were killed on February 23, 1993 when their helicopter crashed in Weisbaden, Germany. No cause was ever determined. V Corps figured prominently in the US Bosnia-Serbia peacekeeping operations, along with the carrier Roosevelt. These men, and eight others associated with Clinton's visit to the Roosevelt, all died within four months of each other.
Five Navy aviators - Clinton bodyguards/escorts (names not determined). All died on March 26, 1993 in a crash. The crash occurred shortly after the plane was "waved off" from a landing attempt on the Carrier Roosevelt, due to a "foul deck." All five men had been Clinton's escorts during Clinton's visit to the Roosevelt 2 weeks before. Three other men who had flown Clinton to the Roosevelt for that visit also died later in a helicopter crash.
Paul Wilcher - Washington attorney investigating government corruption. Died June 22, 1993. Found dead on a toilet in his Washington apartment. No cause of death was ever determined. At the time of his death, he was investigating connections between the "October surprise" during the 1980 federal election campaign and drug and gun-running out of Mena, Arkansas, as well as the BATF assault on the Waco, Texas Branch Davidians. He was planning on producing a television documentary on his findings. He had delivered a 99-page affidavit to Janet Reno three weeks before his death.
