I believe these are the Cambridge police, with full riot gear, and their horses (who I am sure don't want to be there taking part in cross-species repression). By the way, the police killed a horse in the October 23, 2000 protest against the presidential debates at UMASS. Everyone should know this. A horse died of heart failure after police used their horses as battering rams and tried to force them to trample squatting protestors (horses don't like to approach squatting humans). Sounds like cruelty to animals to me. But they gave it a hero's burial. I am sure they loved the horse, but I don't buy that the horse wanted to trample humans who were denouncing an undemocratic system. I saw how the police beat the horses to prod them on.

Who pays bad cops to wear goofy outfits and say dumb things? White-collar terrorists.

(By the way, anyone can wear goofy outfits and say dumb things. If you like the robocop look, buy an outfit yourself and arrest white-collar terrorists and traitors like John Deutch.)
