Radioactive Material Transportation?

Truck with radioactive tags and TN plates on 128 this eve [7/15] monday
In case anyone is interested I happened to wave a truck in ahead of me on 128 today, I believe coming off of 95, going southbound [that is, towards 93 or route 3]. After I waved it in I noticed it had "radioactive" hazard tags on it. They were all around, so I don't think one just got left tehre by accident or something.

It was a tractor trailer, normal truck setup. The trailer was from some company called "Paragon Leasing". It was trailer number 50612. The trailer licence plate was Tenn. T362491. I dont know what plate was on the actual truck part. The truck was from a company called "T.A.G. Transport Inc. of Rockwood, Tenn. Owner Gary A. Kindrick". This was in fairly heavy traffic about 5:30 pm or so. I was behind it for a while which is how I happened to get all this info, not much else to do whilst sitting in traffic.

Anyway it just caught my eye because I spent a lot of time on the road, but I can not think of anoteh time I have seen a truck with radioactive tags, usually it is either "oxygen" or sometimes "hazardous", and tennessee has a fair amount of radioactive whatever as wel, which also caught my eye.
